The Environmental Management Division of the Los Angeles Harbor Department and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers have prepared a joint Draft Environmental Impact Statement/ Environmental Impact Report (DEIS/DEIR) for the following project in the Port of Los Angeles:

The public notice is available online at the Army Corps of Engineers website: www.spl.usace.army.mil/regulatory/POLA.htm. A limited number of printed copies of the Draft EIS/EIR are also available at the Port's Environmental Management Division offices to purchase. The Draft EIS/EIR is also available on CD for no charge.
PUBLIC MEETING: The Corps and the Port jointly conducted a public meeting to receive public comment on the Draft EIS/EIR for this project on Tuesday, July 31, 6 p.m., at Banning’s Landing Community Center, located at 100 E Water Street in Wilmington. The meeting was conducted in English with simultaneous English/Spanish translation services provided. Click here to read the meeting transcript.
